The Prompter
- Choice of two screen resolutions 1024x768 or 800x600 pixels
- Use any Windows installed font.
- Change font size and colour.
- Change screen background colour.
- Built-in Windows Style text editor - enter text directly on screen.
- Save manually entered text to a file.
- Import pre-prepared text file.
- Virtually unlimited number of lines.
- Variable scrolling speed using control panel slider, numeric display or standard Windows scroll bar on the right of the display.
- Pause and continue scrolling (and recording when synchronised) via keyboard shortcuts
- Adjust scroll speed whilst scrolling
- Adjust both font size and background colour while scrolling.
- Start scrolling from the Cursor point anywhere within the text.
The Recorder
- Records to hifi audio quality in WAV format.
- Four audio recording qualities: DAT, CD audio, FM Radio and AM Tuner.
- Select audio input device - accommodates the latest high quality USB microphones and sound cards.
- Recording can be synchronised to the scrolling text - pressing “Record” “Pause” and “Stop” also simultaneously controls the scrolling text.
- Microphone input level meter - adjust for optimum recording quality.
- LED style display to indicate recording status
- Recording Timer - indicates elapsed recording time
